Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw green peas, shelled

1 handful of basil leaves

1/2 small zucchini, roughly chopped

1/2 small spring onion

1 handful of rocket leaves

1 clove of garlic

Juice of 1 1/2 lemons

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

S + P

Method:

Place 1/2 the peas and the rest of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add rest of peas and pulse until they are roughly chopped for added texture. Add 1/4 avocado if you’re not doing super low fat detoxing (the creaminess would have made it even better). I chopped up some raw beans, zucchini, snow peas, rocket for a salad and topped with some dill. So green, so healthy and SO RAW.
