Recipe

Ingredients:

3 large rainbow chard leaves

1/2 and avocado, sliced

4 Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced

1/2 a carrot, sliced

1/2 a cucumber, sliced

1/4 red capsicum, sliced

1 handful of snow peas, sliced

1 spring onion top, sliced

Small cheek of a red onion, sliced

3tbsps of currants

1 handful of sprouts

1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

1 handful of coriander leaves

Juice of 1/2 a lime (For squeezing on the avo)

Pepper to taste

Method:

Cut of stem of chard leaves, lay them out in a flat service with the stem line facing horizontally and arrange ingredients, divided evenly between the three, leaving a space at the bottom to tuck in when you wrap it up so it doesn’t spill everywhere while eating.

You could use literally whatever raw ingredients you want. The trick is to make it so you’re going to get a little bit of everything in one one bite.

Et voila. I’m not sure why but things taste so much better when they’re wrapped up in something.
