Recipe

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen papaya

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 very large handful of sprouts of your choice

1 cup coconut water

Method:

Add ingredients to blender, blend until smooth!! Perfect consistency for a smoothie bowl.

Add desired toppings. -I would leave out sour cherries though, I made that mistake so you do not have to!!

Topped mine with spirulina, Kakadu plum powder, fresh alpine strawbs and Inca berries.
