This is my Ultimate Green Smoothie recipe. It’s vegan and low FODMAP. This is a meal size one I’d usually have on the run with some nuts or other snacks for breakfast or lunch.
I just half everything if I’m having it alongside a meal.
- 1/2 large frozen banana (or whole small one)
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber
- 1/2 cup of froze or fresh berries of your choice.. (strawbs and blubes are my fav)
- 1cm knob of ginger
- Juice of half a lime
- As many leafy greens as I can possibly fit in.. (kale, spinach, chard, sprouts)
- 300ml coconut water
All in the blender until smooth and delicious. I sometimes add kiwi or passionfruit if I have a little left around and mint goes nicely too! It doesn’t have too much fruit just enough to balance all the delicious green goodness!!
