Ingredients:

1/4 cup flaked quinoa

1/4 cup flaked buckwheat

1/4 cup buckwheat kernels

1 tbsp red quinoa 

1 1/2 cup water

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 tbsp maple syrup 
Method:

Put ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil, turn down to a simmer and cook with lid on for 35 mins or until the quinoa’s cooked!! 

Serve with fruit of choice and a splash more almond milk (or milk of your choice) 

Makes one big serve or 2 little if you wanna add other bits and bobs. 

I love mine with 1/2 a fried banana in coconut oil, inca berries and some Whole Bowl GF Granola and a teaspoon on lucuma powder. 

Walnuts and toasted coconut is delicious as well!!
