Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers or 4 small, juices
Juice of one lime
1 cup ripe blackberries
Makes approx. two ice block trays worth, with a little cucumber juice leftover for a nice little taster.
Method:
Juice the cucumbers, squeeze in the lime and stir through.
Place blackberries into ice block trays, 1 or 2 in each depending on size. Squish each blackberry a little before placing it in, with the back of a spoon, to let out a little juice.
Pour over cucumber juice so that the berries are covered. Give each tray a couple of taps to get the air bubbles out and then place in freezer overnight.
Make for a great flavour booster to water, still or sparkling and would be so darn good in a G&T.
